Hello. I wish that you improve the form of "affiliate details" link in this sense: allow admin to create custom fields (multicheck, textbox, select list, text area, multiselect, radio option, url, alphanumeric, numeric, mail fields) with the option "required" and "not required". In this way admin can create a custom form according his needs.
For example in my case i wish to create "url" field (required) where affiliate must indicate the website where publish the banner. This is necessary because admin could deny the request for affiliation because the site does not comply with the conditions and terms.
Also i would like that the commissions will be generated only from banner published in that website and not in others.

This would be a greate feature.

What do you think?

Hi,

Adding custom fields to the form is an interesting idea, but can't tell you when it will be implemented.

The commission is generated by sales not by clicks so I don't really understand what you mean by the last part.

Hello. Thanks for your reply. I want only find a way to know where affiliate will publish my banner, because in the conditions and terms i deny the affiliation and the commissions if affiliate publish the banners in porn website or other sites similar.

Now I understand what you mean.
For that I think only a specialized plugin, that records the sites where the visitors are coming from, can help. That will let you know where the banners are used and possibly make a list with unaccepted sites that will penalize affiliates somehow. But it will require a lot of codding and the information can be very easy faked or hidden. So I don't think it will be a lot of demand for it.

I'm not sure, but I think you can find in JED extensions that record that kind of information and you can use something like that ( or the log of your hosting account ) to identify the users that put banners where you don't want them.
